I bought this tea at a shop in Duluth a yr. or two ago,because I started the pre-menopause at 40yr's old. I tried pills from the store and didn't get much from them. This tea helped w/ the sweats and I slept better then I ever had in my life. I can't say enough about it. You have to try itrn

Thank you Rod and Kim for this night saving tea.rnOver the past 6 months the night sweats became worse even with herbal support and natural progesterone.rnAfter using Mooncyle tea for 48 hours in evening , I was able to relax and was not covered in sweat all night....Finally a good nights rest .rnTHANK YOU for giving me my restful sleep back and a human and delightful night.rn P.S. I absolutely adore this tea! My PMS symptoms were a bit difficult to handle and when I was experiencing them, I wasn't the nicest person to be around, especially because I would get very irritable and grouchy. Well, I bought a bottle of the Moon Cycles tea, and I was very surprised at how relaxed I feel when I'm having a cup. Now instead of being irritable or grouchy, I'm happier, more mellow, and relaxed.

Holy Mackarel! I have tried this tea the morning, one day after I received it and it is AMAZING. I discovered the website because a colleague just went thru a hysterectomy, and I wanted to give her a gift that was native/natural and would be comfortable during a time of healing and heath (holidays). I'm not currently going thru menopause or PMS, but like most women, the elusive time where you're between 35 and 55 and its called peri-menopause, which hits like cycles I had when I was a child and missed all my commencement ceremonies as a result of. You have cramps and malaise like you're a teenager and these feelings make your life miserable. The only thing that has helpled me in the past is muscle relaxants, but who wants to take pills if you don't need to put that type of strain on your liver or kidneys. This tea has become my morning ritual every morning; doesn't need honey or lemon, but wouldn't be ruined if you added a bit I'm sure. I refuse to take Hormone Replacement Therapy and I know that only herbal or natural remedies will work for me. I also come from southern folk and know like many other naturalists how much they hate prescription drugs and pain killers. This tea should be bagged so it can be easier to port around. I'm going to introduce it to my sisters and my best friend (44 years old and 49 years old, respectively), and I'm sure they will love it just as much as I do. I'm not surprised its a favorite for husbands (and boyfriends) everywhere...it's a favorite for co-workers and anyone else who could potentially get my moody wrath during one of my ovulation days.rnrnLOVE IT!
