My husband suggested to put a little of this balm on and it is the only thing that helped with the pain. Thank you so much this is the only muscle rub we use now a it works every time. Yolanda Putman (Sunday, 11 February 2007) Rating: I purchased this balm when I was in St. Louis, MO for a conference. I have arthritis in my hips and knees. Whenever I get a pain in my hips or knees, I rub on the Indian Blanket Balm and it brings me relief. Just recently, I was awakened at 1:00 in the morning with severe pain in my right hip. I'd never had pain so bad. I thought I would have to take one of my 800 milligram Motrin pills but I really did not want to. I reached over and grabbed the balm. (I keep it on my nightstand!) I took my time and massaged that balm into my hip. I got immediate relief and slept well the rest of the night. This works so well, I think I might try the tea for PMS! I haven't been able to sew or do any of the things an at-home-mother would normally do, including getting out in the sunshine. Planting, laundry, cleaning the house are all things I can't do properly. When I put the balm on my hands, it works miracles for me. Initially I was treated for lower lumbar disc bulge. After each treatment, Indian Blanket was applied. It is unbelievable how much relief it lends. It may not have cured my disc problem on its own, but I guarantee that it was instrumental in the process. It also works very well for massage and I still use it often for aches and pains. I highly recommend it and will always have an ample supply in my home. (Sunday, 11 February 2007) Rating: I could barely move my wrist without wincing in pain. I finally went to the doctor. After looking at my x-rays he said I was too far gone for cortisone shots, and I needed surgery! Lucky for me I have an HMO and it was going to be a while before they could schedule me. In the meantime I was visiting my sister in Sedona, AZ and came across Nuwati Herbals. "It couldn't hurt" I thought and bought a small tin of Indian Blanket Balm. After only 2 - 3 weeks my pain totally disappeared, and I still had some left!! When the doctor's office called to schedule my surgery I told them "No thank you. I don't need the surgery.
